Best Pet Photo - Snap a picture of your pet posing outside at The Plush Horse, or with some Plush Horse packaging! (*Note: We do not recommend feeding ice cream to your pets. Please do so at your own discretion)

Eligibility: The contest is open to all customers of The Original Plush Horse. Participants must be 18 years or older to enter. If you are submitting a photo of someone under the age of 18, you must have the right or permission to do so.

Entry Requirements:

Photos must be taken on The Original Plush Horse property or feature Plush Horse packaging to ensure it includes our ice cream (this contest is for The Original Plush Horse of PALOS PARK. This contest is not affiliated with Plush Horse of Tinley Park).

Each participant can submit up to ONE photo per category.

Any photos submitted in previous photo contests are NOT eligible.

Submission Guidelines:

Photos must be submitted via our official contest page theplushhorse.com/photocontest

All entries must be received by July 20th, 2025 at 11:59pm Central Time.

Usage Rights: By entering the contest, participants grant The Original Plush Horse the right to use their photos in marketing and promotional materials (including on social media, website, signage, flyers, etc).

Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via email on July 21st. Winners will also be announced on our social media pages.

Prizes: The Grand Prize winner must pick up their prizes in person at The Original Plush Horse in Palos Park, IL. The winner will have until September 1st to claim and pick up their prizes. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prizes. Winners of the other categories will receive a digital e-gift card via email.
Photo Submission
Disqualification Criteria:

Non-Original Content: Any photo that is found to be plagiarized, copied, or not the original work of the entrant will be disqualified.

Inappropriate Content: Photos containing inappropriate, offensive, or obscene content, including but not limited to violence, nudity, political statements, or hate speech, will be disqualified.

Irrelevant Content: Photos that do not clearly feature The Original Plush Horse property or packaging, thus failing to meet the contest's main requirement, will be disqualified.

Misrepresentation: Entries that falsely represent or mislead about the product or the location will be disqualified.

Exceeding Submission Limits: Participants who submit more than 1 photo per category will have all but first entry disqualified.

Incomplete Submissions: Entries that do not include all required information or fail to follow the submission guidelines will be disqualified.

Late Entries: Any photos submitted after the contest deadline will not be considered.

Non-Compliance: Participants who do not comply with any of the official contest rules and guidelines will be disqualified.

Violation of Privacy: Photos that include individuals who have not given consent to be photographed or whose privacy is violated will be disqualified.

Repeat Entry: Any photos submitted in a previous photo contest are not eligible for resubmission.
